Welcome to M.T.L Taekwondo in West Island

Not at all. Most of our students begin with zero martial arts experience. Our instructors teach the fundamentals step by step, so you or your child will feel comfortable from the very first class at M.T.L Taekwondo.
Our Juniors program welcomes children as young as 4, with dedicated classes for kids, teens, and adults as they grow. Each age group trains with peers at a similar level, so every student learns at the right pace.
Just comfortable athletic clothing you can move in. You don't need a uniform to start. Once you join, we'll help you get a proper Taekwondo dobok for training and belt testing.
Yes. We offer a free trial so you or your child can experience a real Taekwondo class at M.T.L Taekwondo before committing. It's the best way to see if we're the right fit for your family.

Our classes are led by a 5th dan master and two-time Korean National Champion who holds a Master's degree in exercise science. That blend of elite competition experience and safe, injury-conscious teaching sets M.T.L Taekwondo apart.
